In this post, we will provide you with all the important information about the application process for the BSc Nursing (Honours) Course.
Bachelor of Science (Hons) (Nursing) (Only for Unmarried female candidates)
GGSIPU BSc Nursing (Hons.) is a 4 years bachelor’s programme that is only for unmarried female candidates.
Note: Admission shall be based on the merit of the NLT. The vacant seats after exhausting the merit list of
NLT, the remaining seat, IF EXIST will be filled through the merit list of CET.
Important Notes to remember:-
- Admission to BSc Nursing (Hons. ) will be given based on NLT & CET Score.
- All applicants must appear in the appropriate National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – 2025 (NEET – 2025)
conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission. - Applicants must fill in the application number/registration number of the National Level Test (as
provided by the concerned national test conducting agency at the time of filling/ submitting the application form for the concerned national level test) in the University Application form (online) correctly. - Only qualified applicants in the appropriate National Level Test / CET shall be considered for admission,
through the University counselling, subject to fulfillment of eligibility and admission criteria.

Admission Criteria
All candidates must appear in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate of 2025 (NEET UG 2025) and qualify to be considered for admissions.
Admission Terms and Conditions:
Minimum qualifying criteria of entrance test to admission to B.Sc Nursing is as under:
- General 50th Percentile
- SC/ST/OBC 40th Percentile
- General-PwD 45th Percentile
- SC/ST/OBC-PwD 40th percentile
- In respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC the marks obtained in 3 subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology shall be 40% and passed in English individually.
Note:
Admission shall be on the basis of the merit of the NLT. The vacant seats after exhausting the merit list of NLT, remaining seat will be filled through the merit list of CET.
